Steve Reichert has over two decades of dedicated service both directly on and in support of highly sensitive U.S. Government programs. He is a personal friend and a trusted asset to many corporate and government leaders who rely on him to handle the most sensitive situations with precision and care
Mr. Reichert currently serves as the CEO of Long Range Services (LRS), where he leads the classified programs team. The team is responsible for the supervision of intelligence networks and advanced research & development programs. LRSs' support services augment efforts of the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), Department of Energy (DOE) and the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA). Mr. Reichert constantly drives the company to develop non-standard solutions to complex problems.
Prior to establishing LRS, Mr. Reichert worked special projects for Cerberus Capitals' CEO. Cerberus is an American private equity firm with over fifty billion in assets under management. Mr. Reichert led the Cerberus team to form T1G, a U.S. Department of Defense contractor company. His leadership grew the business into an industry leader in less than five years. After Cerberus acquired DynCorp International, Mr. Reichert oversaw the integration of T1G's services to support DynCorps' mission to the U.S. Government.
Before entering corporate America, Mr. Reichert was a highly decorated Marine Staff Non-Commissioned Officer with multiple combat tours. His Marine Corps experience includes a strong infantry background where he held all billets from rifleman to platoon commander. Mr. Reichert served with the prestigious Marine Corps Embassy Security Group.

His trustworthiness and knowledge of complex counterintelligence (CI) issues led him to be selected for the program's most sensitive and highest CI threat posting, St. Petersburg, Russia. While in Russia, Mr. Reichert's work earned him the Marine Embassy Guard of the year award, a Navy Commendation Medal, and a meritorious promotion. Mr. Reichert was severely wounded by an IED (improvised explosive device) during his last combat deployment and was subsequently medically retired from the Marine Corps.
Mr. Reichert holds numerous certifications with the Defense Counterintelligence & Security Agency. He is a trained facility security officer (FSO) with access to JPAS/ DISS/ SWIFT/ STEPP and NISS. Mr. Reichert currently holds the highest clearances in both JPAS and Scattered Castles.
Mr. Reichert currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Brothers in Arms Foundation , Team 5 SOF Medical Foundation and Raider Air. Each year he donates hundreds of hours to support local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies.
